What are the origins of cogito?
Founded in 2013, Cogito Creative emerged to capture the power of artfully crafted video.
Where does our name “cogito” come from? In our humble opinion, one of humankind’s greatest thinkers is René Descartes. Mathematician, scientist & philosopher, Descartes has a vast influence on life as we know it today.
Among his most famous philosophical statements is the phrase “I think, therefore I am” also referred to as the Cogito (originally in latin : cogito ergo sum). With this phrase, he proved his own existence simply with the act of doubting his existence in the first place…
